First-aid measures
Emergency measure - Inhalation: Remove patient from exposure
Obtain medical attention if ill effects occur
Emergency measure - Eyes: Irrigate with eyewash solution or clean water, holding the
eyelids apart, for at least 15 mins.
Continue irrigation untill medical attention can be obtained
.
Emergency measure - Skin: Remove contaminated clothing
Wash skin with water
If symptoms develop, obtain medical attention
Emergency measure - Ingestion: Wash out mouth with water and give 200-300ml (half a pint)
of water to drink. Do not induce vomiting.
Obtain medical attention.
Fire-fighting measures
Recommended extinguishing agent: Water spray , foam, dry powder or CO2
Product arising from burning: May emit noxious and toxic fumes
Product determined by test: N
Protective equipment: A self contained breathing apparatus and suitable protective
clothing should be worn in fire conditions
Accidental release measures
Emergency measures in case of spillage: Ensure suitable personal protection during removal of
spillages.
Do not allow to enter drains, sewers or watercourses.
Clear up spillages.
Transfer to a container for disposal
Wash the spillage area clean
Washings must be prevented from entering surface water drain
