Additional information

The ready biodegradability of the test item was determined with a non adapted activated sludge in the Manometric Respirometry Test (OECD 301F) for a period of 28 days. The mean biodegradation rate after 28 days was 11 %.

In a second study the biodegradation was investigated using an OECD 301D test system. The Oxygen demand in the 28 day window revealed 21 % of the COD (COD assumed as 100%), so that the substance is to be regarded as partly biodegradable.

Overall, the test item must be regarded as not readily biodegradable in the 10 -d-window and after 28 days. Due to the fact that in one test a degradation rate of 21% was found it can be assumed that the substance can be regarded as inherent primary biodegradable
