In addition to the notification requirement, the export of chemicals included in parts 2 and 3 of Annex I to the PIC Regulation are also subject to the existence of a valid explicit consent provided by the designated national authority of the importing country outside the EU.
It is possible to search for Explicit Consents based on the chemical/mixture name, importing and or exporting country, category of use, date of request, validity start and end date, and status. A refined search is possible by using multiple search criteria.
