Anness III inventarju

L-ECHA kkompilat inventarju tas-sustanzi li aktarx jilħaq il-kriterji ta' Anness III għar-Regolament REACH. L-għan hu li jiġu mgħejjuna r-reġistranti fl-identifikazzjoni dwar jekk humiex meħtieġa rekwiżiti ta' informazzjoni minima mnaqqsa jew informazzjoni sħiħa ta' Anness VII.

L-inventarju sar minn bażijiet ta' data disponibbli pubblikament b'data sperimentali u permezz tar-riżultati tal-mudell (Q)SAR. L-indikazzjonijiet għal proprjetajiet tossikoloġiċi jew ekotossikoloġiċi perikolużi flimkien ma' informazzjoni dwar l-użu u informazzjoni disponibbli relevanti oħra għandhom jitqabblu mal-kriterji f'Anness III.

Il-fatt li sustanza mhix fil-lista ma jfissirx neċessarjament li ma ntlaħqux il-kriterji ta' Anness III. B'mod simili, jekk sustanza qiegħda fl-inventarju, reġistrant jista' xorta waħda jibbenefika mir-rekwiżiti ta' informazzjoni mnaqqsa jekk din tkun ġustifikata.

Innota li l-inventarju mhuwiex għodda għal klassifikazzjoni, juri biss indikazzjonijiet għal tħassib. Pereżempju, il-fatt li sustanza hija indikata bħala "Mutaġenu suspettat" ma jfissirx li l-ECHA tikkunsidraha bħala mutaġenu kklassifikat. Għandha tiġi kkunsidrata l-evidenza kollha qabel issir konklużjoni dwar il-bżonn għal klassifikazzjoni.
