Under the conditions of the key study (OECD 202 guideline method conducted according to GLP) the 48 hour NOELR is 100 mg/l.

EC50/LC50 for freshwater invertebrates >100 mg/l

The key study (Migchielsen, 2004) was conducted according to the OECD 202 guideline under conditions of GLP. The study was performed on Daphnia magna in freshwater for an exposure period of 48 hours. The study was conducted as a limit test using a loading rate of 100 mg/l. Based upon the rate of immobilisation the 48-hour NOELR was determined to be 100mg/l and the 48-hour EC50 was determined to be >100mg/l.

The study was awarded the reliability score of 1 according to the criteria of Klimisch et al, 1997.
