Acute aquatic toxicity data of MON 13900 are available for three trophic levels. The 96-hour LC50 and NOEC to bluegill sunfish (Lepomis macrochirus) under static conditions was determined to be 4.6 and 2.9 mg/L (based on mean measured concentration). Further, the 48-h EC50 and NOEC to Daphnia magna under static conditions was determined to be 26 and 17 mg/L (based on mean measured concentration). Furthermore, the 72-hour EbC50 (based on growth) and ErC50 (based on growth rate) of MON 13900 to Selenastrum capricornutum were determined to be 34.8 mg/L and 85.2 mg/L, respectively. The corresponding NOEC values were 6.25 and 12.5 mg/L.
