The test substance, 3-PPB, was determined to have a log10 Koc value of 4.1 (equivalent Koc = 12000) in a GLP study performed to internationally accepted guidelines. Measured and estimates (EPISUITE 4.11) of soil partition coefficient suggest that 3 -PPB would exhibit immobility in the soil with Koc values >5000 according to a classification scheme by McCall et al. (1980).
