The water solubility was determined to be 118 g/L.

A literature review was conducted. In a weight of evidence approach the literature values were evaluated. Three independent reliable literature sources were chosen for this weight of evidence approach to fulfil the data requirements. Fuehner, as cited in 1921 , vol. 120, p. 147 , cited in Reaxys / Beilstein 19 Jan 2011 showed the water solubility of the test item to be 125 g/L. Barton AFM (1984) as cited on pp. 438 in Solubility Data Series Vol 15 p 132 (1984) cited in HSDB 18 Jan 2011, showed that the water solubility of the test substance was 12.1 wt. (%) at 20 °C, 11 wt (%) at 25 °C and 10.1 wt (%) at 30 °C. The GESTIS database showed the water solubility to be 118 g/L at 20 °C and pH 6. A key value of 118 g/L was chosen for the water solubility because of the indication of the pH value.
