Experimental data from an acute immobilization test in which Daphnia magna were treated with the test article DIMETHYLCARBONATE at the nominal
concentration of 100 mg/L are given in this report. The animals were treated and observed for 48 hours .
One animal was immobilized in the control group at 48 h observation time.
Group 1: 2 and 5 animals were immobilized at 24 and 48 hours respectively.
The ECso of DIMETHYLCARBONATE at 24 and at 48 hours were >100 mg/L, (83.30 and 74.16 mg/L. measured concentrations).
