Description of key information

The molecular geometry of DCDPS is characterized by a MML or Dmax of 11.65 to 13.56 Å, a Dmin of 6.60 to 7.18 Å and a Dmax ave of 12.67 Å. The long-term stability is ≥ 2 years and DCPSY is 100% crystalline.

Additional information

Among the available additional information on DCDPS, the molecular size, expressed as Dmax, of 11.65 to 13.56 Å wich means a Dmax ave of 12.67 Å, i.e. 1.27 nm (Wess 2009) may be relevant in the context of the PBT assessment.

The crystallinity of 100% was determined by x-ray structural analysis (Novoselova et al 1985).
