Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Biodegradation in water:
under test conditions no biodegradation observed

Additional information

The study indicates that the substance is not readily biodegradable according to OECD 301 B. The deterimed degradation in this test was below 10%. It has a chemical oxygen demand of 1.84 g COD / g test substance. A ratio of BOD/COD can not be calculated, as no data for BOD are available.

Additionally the biodegradation was estimated with CATALOGIC 301C (v10.14 - June 2017). Only 1% degradation was estimated and 95 degradation products in very low concentrations.

These results support the findings from the experimental biodegradation study.
