Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
Under the conditions of the present study, Fadex HE 1819 PK administered at 1000, 400 or 150 mg/kg bw/day did not cause signs of systemic toxicity. The NOAEL was concluded to be 1000 mg/kg bw/d.
