Vai uz jums attiecas šis termiņš?
Ja ražojat ķīmiskās vielas vai importējat tās no valstīm, kas neietilpst ES, tādā apjomā, kas pārsniedz vienu tonnu gadā, jums var būt pienākums tās reģistrēt saskaņā ar REACH. Turklāt, ja ražojat vai importējat produktu (maisījumu, izstrādājumu), tā sastāvā var būt vielas, kas ir atsevišķi jāreģistrē.
Ja jums ir provizoriski reģistrētas vielas, ko ražojat vai importējat no valstīm, kas neietilpst ES, tādā apjomā, kas pārsniedz vienu tonnu gadā, bet ne vairāk kā 100 tonnas gadā, un šīs vielas vēl nav reģistrētas, uz jums attiecas REACH reģistrācijas termiņš, proti, 2018. gada 31. maijs.
