Administrative data
First-aid measures
General: Remove to fresh air. If unconscious maintain adequate airway and respiration.
Eye Contact: Flush with plenty of water for a minimum of 15 minutes. Call a physician if irritation persists.
Skin Contact: Wash affected area with soap and water. Remove contaminated clothing.
Inhalation: Remove to fresh air.
Ingestion: Call a physician. Small amounts of water can be administered. Do not induce vomiting.
Fire-fighting measures
Flash point - Not applicable substance boils at 100 centigrade
Extinguishing media: Foam, CO2, Water can be used with care.
Special Fire Fighting Procedures: use of self contained breathing apparatus recommended (EN140 standard as a minimum).
Unusual fire and explosion hazard: Decomposition and combustion products may be toxic.
Accidental release measures
Personal precautions: Eye protection: safety glasses to EN166 standard as minimum. Respiratory protection: use approved respiratory protection to EN140 standard as a minimum.
Clean up: Ventilate area. Cover with absorbent material and collect any spillage.

Handling and storage
Precautions in handling and storage: Avoid prolonged or repeated contact. Remove contaminated clothing and launder before reuse. Avoid eye contact. Avoid prolonged breathing of vapours. Use in a well ventilated area. Store in tightly closed containers.

Exposure controls / personal protection
Eye protection: safety glasses to EN166 standard as minimum.
Respiratory protection: use approved respiratory protection to EN140 standard as a minimum.
Skin protection: Nitrile or neoprene gloves to EN 374 standard as minimum.
Protective clothing: Protective clothing to EN 368 standard as a minimum.
Engineering control: Local exhaust ventilation is a requirement dependant on use as described in the appropriate exposure scenario.
Stability and reactivity
Incompatibility:avoid contact with strong acids, bases, oxidising or reducing agents.
Hazardous decomposition: may evolve toxic fumes i a fire
Conditions to avoid: elevated temperatures.

Disposal considerations
Waste disposal: Incinerate in an industrial or commercial facility. Disposal alternative: dispose of completely absorbed waste product in a facility permitted to accept chemical wastes. Since regulations vary, consult applicable regulations or authorities before disposal.
