Additional information

The biodegradation of Y-15866 was investigated in one experimental study (Shi Lili, 2010). The study was performed according to OECD Guideline 301 B under non-GLP conditions. Activated sludge from a wastewater treatment plant was used as inoculum. The test substance was exposed to activated sludge and aerated in the dark with carbon dioxide free air for 28 days. The test substance reached a mean degradation of 88.9% and fulfilled the 10-day criterion. Therefore, the test substance and its hydrolysis products can be regarded as ready biodegradable according to the OECD criteria.
