- There is no significant change of the measured concentrations after 48h, 72h and 96h. Thus it can be conluded that the equilibrum is reached. Thus the results obtained after 48h, 72h and 96h were averaged to give the water solubility of Givescone. After rounding off: Solubility of Givescone in water at 20.0°C : 38 mg/L

The solubility of Givescone in ultrapure water was determined according to the OECD Guidline No. 105 (flask method).
