Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

Due to very poor water solubility an EC50 could not be determined and the NOEC is based on the highest test concentration. However the results
indicate that the test substance was not toxic to Daphnia magna under either continuous darkness or a light : dark cycle in this study, at the
concentrations tested.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

An EC50 was not established in this study as so few immobilised Daphnia magna were observed. The NOEC is regarded as the geometric mean measured concentration for the highest most stable test concentration:0.28 ppm ( 0.28 mg/L)

The results indicate that the test substance was not toxic to Daphnia magna under either continuous darkness or a light:dark cycle in this study, at the concentrations tested.
