Additional information

A boiling point of the test substance was not identified in a reliable study report of NOTOX, (1997) up to a temperature of 295°C. Decomposition has been observed in the same study to start at 130°C. Boiling point ranges of > 300°C and 114 to 117°C are reported in secondary literature sources (MSDS). The reliability of these results is not assignable.

In accordance with Column 2 REACH Annex VII, the boiling point study does not need to be conducted if decomposition of the test substance is observed at temperatures lower than the boiling temperature.
