Additional information

The Ready Biodegradability was determined according to the OECD 301E. The DOC elimination was 56% after 28 days. Thus the substance can't be considered as readily degradable. Besides, further degradation testing does not need to be conducted as the chemical safety assessment does not indicate a need for further investigation.

The hydrolysis study does not need to be conducted as this substance is not expected to undergo hydrolysis in the environment due to a lack of hydrolysable functional groups and therefore testing does not appear scientifically necessary. The tests on bioaccumulation and adsorption/desorption can be waived based on its very low Log Kow.
