- PREPARATION AND APPLICATION OF TEST SOLUTION
- Method: The substance was powdered in a mortar for 1 min at 293 Kelvin. The concentration of the test substance in the stock solution was 500 mg/L. The stock solution was stirred for 30 min at 293 Kelvin. A serial dilution in dilution water was prepared. To each test vessel 10 ml of the respective dilution were added. - Test organisms (species):

A non GLP study on the acute toxicity of IBDU to Daphnia magna was performed according to the Directive 84/449/EEC, C. 2 in a static test system. For a test period of 48 hours an EC50 value of 500 mg/l was reported (BASF AG 1988).
