III pielikuma saraksts

ECHA apkopoja ziņas par vielām, kas varētu atbilst REACH regulas III pielikumā minētajiem kritērijiem. Mērķis ir palīdzēt reģistrētājiem noteikt, vai ir nepieciešamas atvieglotas minimālās informācijas prasības vai visa VII pielikumā norādītā informācija.

Sarakstu sagatavoja, izmantojot publiski pieejamas datubāzes ar eksperimentāliem datiem un (Q)SAR modeļa rezultātus. Norādes par bīstamām toksikoloģikām vai ekotoksikoloģiskām īpašības, kā arī informācija par lietojumiem un cita būtiskā informācija jāsalīdzina ar III pielikuma kritērijiem.

Fakts, ka viela nav šajā sarakstā, nenozīmē, ka viela neatbilst III pielikuma kritērijiem. Tāpat, ja viela ir šajā sarakstā, reģistrētājs var joprojām izmantot atvieglotas informācijas sniegšanas prasības, ja tas ir pamatots.

Ņemiet vērā, ka saraksts nav klasifikācijas rīks, tajā ir tikai norādes par iespējamām bažām. Piemēram, ja ir norādīts, ka attiecība uz vielu ir aizdomas par mutagenitāti, tas nenozīmē kas ECHA vielu klasificē kā mutagēnu. Jāņem vērā visas liecības, pirms pieņemt lēmumu par klasifikāciju.
