- Cornea opacity, effect on the iris or conjunctivae chemosis was not observed in any animal during the observation period.
Slight conjunctivae redness was observed in all rabbits at the 1 hour-observation and was still present in two rabbits at the 24 hour observation.
Slight increased discharge was observed in two rabbits at the 1 hour-observation.
