The information available on biodegradation revealed that the substance is inherently biodegradable. In a Zahn-Wellens test (OECD 302B), elimination of 97 % was revealed in 6 days.

As the substance is used and handled under Strictly Controlled Conditions, there is no worker exposure and no release to the environment.
