Description of key information

The test item is insoluble in water.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

The test item is an inorganic substance that is insoluble in water. Therefore it was not possible to determine the water solubility of the complete test item in an experimental study. lnstead of the solubility of the test item in water, the concentrations of the ions (iron and titanium) in the water extracts of the test item were determined in this study using a ICP-OES method. The study was performed as a multisite study. At 20°C and a pH value of 7.1, the iron ion concentration was 0.0002 g/L and the titanium ion concentration was 0.0003 g/L.
