Key result
Water solubility:
0.04 mg/L
Conc. based on:
test mat.
Incubation duration:
>= 96 - <= 168 h
Temp.:
20 °C
pH:
>= 7.6 - <= 7.6
Details on results:
All tabulated values represent rounded-off results obtained by calculations based on the exact raw data.

The pH values of the solutions in ultrapure water were pH 8.6 (48h), pH 7.8 (72h), pH 7.6 (96h) and pH 7.6 (168h) on the four independent flasks.

The results shows that there is no significant change of the measured concentrations after 96 and 168 hours. Thus, it can be concluded that equilibrium is reached. Thus the results obtained after 96 and 168 hours were averaged, to give the water solubility of GR-86-6599.
Conclusions:
The result is:
solubility in water: 0.04 mg/L at 20°C
Executive summary:

The solubility of GR-86-6599 in ultrapure water was determined according to the OECD Guideline No. 105 (flask method).

The result is: solubility in water: 0.04 mg/L at 20°C.

This result corresponds to the saturation mass concentrations of GR-86-6599 in ultrapure water at 20°C.
