abwaschen; Arzt aufsuchen.
Sofort alle kontaminierte Kleidung entfernen und nicht
wiederverwenden.

tract.

erforderlich; umluftunabhängiges Atemschutzgerät.
"ENGLISH"
Suitable antistatic and flameproof full-protective clothing
(e.g. aluminized protective clothing made of the DuPont
material NOMEX III delta C, 265 g/mm2, e.g. from the company
ALWIT GmbH) must be worn, safe eye protection (full-face
protection) is absolutely essential, self-contained
respirators.
Accidental release measures
Emergency measures in case of spillage: Zündquellen entfernen. Nicht in die Kanalisation gelangen
lassen. Ausgetretenes Podukt mit Trockenlöschpulver oder
trockenem Sand, Vermiculite, Löschdecke abdecken.
Anschließend trocken(!) unter Vermeidung von
Staubentwicklung aufnehmen (z.B. mit baumustergeprüftem
Industriestaubsauger) und in geeigneten Gebinden zur
Rückgabe an den Hersteller sammeln. Gebinde gemäß der TRGS
201 kennzeichnen.
Beim Aufnehmen des Stoffes unbedingt Haut- und Augenkontakt
sowie Einatmen vermeiden. Zu diesem Zweck die unter
"Handhabung" beschriebene persönliche Schutzausrüstung
tragen.
"ENGLISH"
Remove ignition sources. Do not allow the substance to enter
drains. Cover escaped product with dry extinguishing powder
or dry sand, vermiculite, extinguishing blanket.
Subsequently, take up in a dry state (!) avoiding the
formation of dust (e.g. using an industrial vacuum cleaner
of approved type) and collect in suitable packing drums for
returning to the producer. Label the packing drums according
to Technical Rule 201.
Take great care to avoid skin and eye contact and inhalation
when taking up the substance. For this purpose, wear the
personal protective equipment described under "handling".
Handling and storage
Systemen erfolgen. Der Zutritt von Luft und/oder
Feuchtigkeit ist bei allen Arbeitsschritten unbedingt zu
vermeiden. Beim Umgang in offenen Systemen sollte möglicher
Staub unmittelbar am Entstehungsort sicher abgesaugt werden.
In den Fällen, wo es trotz der getroffenen technischen
Schutzmaßnahmen (v.a. geschlossenes System, Absaugung bzw.
gute Belüftung) ein Einatmen des Stoffes möglich ist,
sollten Atemschutz (z.B. ABEK P3 Atemschutzfilter an
sicherer Augenschutz (z.B. Vollschutzbrille /
Ganzgesichtsschutz) ist unbedingt erforderlich.
In unmittelbarer Nähe des Arbeitsbereiches sollten
Trockenpulverduschen installiert sein, ausreichend
Waschgelegenheiten zur Verfügung stehen, sowie Augenbrausen
bereitgestellt werden und ihr Standort auffällig
gekennzeichnet werden. Nach Hautkontakt sollten die
betroffenen Körperstellen sofort gründlich mit Wasser
gereiningt werden. Kontaminierte Kleidung ist sofort zu
wechseln. Besondere Hautschutz- und Hautpflegemaßnahmen
werden empfohlen. Es ist ein Hautschutzplan aufzustellen.
Maßnahmen gegen elektrostatische Aufladung treffen (z.B.
Anlagen (insbesondere Abfüll-/Umfüll-/Dosiereinrichtungen)
erden. Bei möglicher Entwicklung von Staub sind potentielle
Zündquellen aus dem Arbeitsbereich zu entfernen.
Keine funkenerzeugenden Geräte oder Werkzeuge verwenden.
"ENGLISH"
Work processes must always be designed in such a way that
skin and eye contact with the substance is excluded.
Inhalation of the substance must be avoided. The substance
should only be handled (in particular filling, transfer,
metered feeding and sampling) in protective gas. The access
of air and/or moistured should definitely be avoided at all
stages of the work. In the case of handling in open systems,
any dust that should form must be safely extracted at the
point of origin.
In those cases in which inhalation of the substance is
possible in spite of the technical protective measures that
have been taken (above all, closed system, extraction or
good ventilation) respiratory protection should be worn
(e.g. ABEK P3 respiratory protection filter in full-face
mask, in the case of larger fires, self-contained
respiratory are used. Even if only short-term skin contact
is possible, tested antistatic and flameproof finished
gloves (e.g. type normal plus from the company COMASEC) and
suitable antistic and flameproof protective clothing
(e.g.aluminized protective clothing from the DuPont
materialNOMEX III delta C,265 g/mm2, e.g. from the
company ALWIT GmbH) must be worn. Safe eye protection (e.g.
full protective goggles, full-face protection) is absolutely
essential.
Dry powder showers should be installed in the immediate
vicinity of the work area, sufficient washing facilities
should be available and eye douches should be made available
and their location conspicuously labelled. After skin
contact the affected parts of the body should be immediately
thoroughly cleaned with water. Contaminated clothing must
be changed immediately. Special skin-protection and
skin-care measures are recommended. A skin-protection plan
must be drawn up. Take measures to avoid static discharge
(earth equipment, in particular filling, transfer and
metered feeding equipment). In the case of the possible
formjation of dust, remove potential ignition sources from
the work area. Do not use any sparking equipment or tools.
Storage: Nur in Originalbehältern (Stahlbehältern) unter Schutzgas
lagern. Behälter dicht geschlossen halten und gegen
Herabfallen sichern. Kühl und trocken entfernt von
Zündquellen lagern. Maßnahmen gegen elektrostatische
Aufladung treffen (z.B. Behälter erden). Lagerräume
ausreichend belüften. Produktreste auf/an Behältern
vermeiden.
"ENGLISH"
Only store in original containers (steel containers) in
protective gas. Keep containers tightly closed and secure
them against falling. Store in a cool and dry place away
from ignition sources. Take measures to avoid static
discharge (e.g. earth containers). Ventilate storage areas
sufficiently. Avoid product residues on containers.
Packaging of the substance and or preparation: Spezialtansportbehälter (Stahl für pyrophore Verbindungen).
Unter Inertgas (Stickstoff) mit max. Transportüberdruck
von 0,5 bar.

Special transport containers (steel) from the producer for
the tranportation of pyrophoric compounds. Under inert gas
(nitrogen) with a maximum excess pressure for transport of
0.5 bar.
