Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Details on results:
Based on the experimental results obtained in the Fish, Prolonged Toxicity Testwith on the analogue substance butanone oxime (14d-LC50 >100 mg/L and 14d-NOEC = 50 mg/L ), the read-across approach was applied and the 14d-LC50 and 14d-NOEC of butan-2-one O,O',O''-(methylsilanetriyl)oxime in fish (Oryzias lapides) was determined to be >115.34 and 57.67 mg/L respectively.
Validity criteria fulfilled:
not applicable
Conclusions:
Based on the read-across approach from experimental results on analogue butanone oxime, the 14d-LC50 and 14d-NOEC of butan-2-one O,O',O''-(methylsilanetriyl)oxime in fish (Oryzias lapides) was determined to be >115.34 and 57.67 mg/L respectively.
Executive summary:

A fish Prolonged Toxicity Test: 14-day Study was performed on analogue substance butanone oxime by the Japanese Ministry of the Environment according to OECD 204. The 14d-LC50 in fish (Oryzias lapides) was determined to be >100 mg/L and the 14d-NOEC was 50 mg/L. Based on these results, the read-across approach was applied and the 14d-LC50 and 14d-NOEC of butan-2-one O,O',O''-(methylsilanetriyl)oxime in fish (Oryzias lapides) was determined to be >115.34 and 57.67 mg/L respectively.

Additional information

Read-across approach from analogue butanone oxime:

Key study: Based on the read-across approach from experimental data on analogue butanone oxime (test method equivalent to OECD 204, 14d-LC50 in fish (Oryzias lapides) > 100 mg/L and 14d-NOEC = 50 mg/L), the read-across approach was applied and the 14d-LC50 and 14d-NOEC of butan-2-one O,O',O''-(methylsilanetriyl)oxime in fish (Oryzias lapides) was determined to be >115.34 and 57.67 mg/L respectively.
