General advice:
First aider needs to protect himself. Move out of dangerous area. Take off all contaminated clothing immediately.
Inhalation:
In case of accident by inhalation: remove casualty to fresh air and keep at rest. Consult a physician.
Skin contact:
After contact with skin, wash immediately with plenty of water. If symptoms persist, call a physician.
Eye contact:
Protect unharmed eye. Rinse thoroughly with plenty of water, also under the eyelids. Call a physician immediately.
Ingestion:
Drink 1 or 2 glasses of water. Call a physician immediately.

2. Most important symptoms and effects, both acute and delayed
No data available

3. Indication of any immediate medical attention and special treatment needed
If dermatitis develops, avoid contact with the product in the future (contact avoidance can be achieved by the use of proper protective clothing and equipment).

Fire-fighting measures

1. Extinguishing media
Suitable extinguishing media:
Water spray
Foam
Carbon dioxide (CO2)
Dry powder
Extinguishing media which shall not be used for safety reasons:
High volume water jet

2. Special hazards arising from the substance or mixture
Pyrolysis products
Toxic metal oxide fumes

3. Advice for firefighters
Wear self-contained breathing apparatus and protective suit.
No unprotected exposed skin areas.
Do not use a solid water stream as it may scatter and spread fire.Use extinguishing measures that are appropriate to local circumstances and the surrounding environment.

Accidental release measures

1. Personal precautions, protective equipment and emergency procedures
Ensure adequate ventilation. Evacuate personnel to safe areas. Wear personal protective equipment. Unprotected persons must be kept away. Use personal protective equipment.

2. Environmental precautions
Prevent further leakage or spillage if safe to do so. Do not flush into surface water or sanitary sewer system.

3. Methods and materials for containment and cleaning up
Use mechanical handling equipment.
Pick for disposal in tightly closed containers
Avoid dust formation.

Handling and storage

1. Precautions for safe handling
Advice on safe handling:
Exhaust ventilation at the object is necessary. Avoid formation of aerosol. Refill and handle product only in closed system. Wear personal protective equipment. Keep limited supplies at workplace. Plan first aid action before beginning work with this product. Avoid exposure - obtain special instructions before use. Never return unused material to storage receptacle.
Advice on protection against fire and explosion:
The product itself does not burn. Keep away from easily oxidizable materials.
Hygiene measures:
Remove and wash contaminated clothing before re-use. Recommended preventive skin protection Wash hands before breaks and at the end of workday. Usual hygienic precautions must be taken when working with dangerous cancer causing substances. Keep working clothes separately. Separate rooms are required for washing, showering and changing clothes.

2. Conditions for safe storage, including any incompatibilities
Requirements for storage areas and containers:
Keep in original packaging, tightly closed.
Further information on storage conditions:
Keep container dry. Store in a place accessible by authorized persons only. Avoid dust formation. Avoid product residues in/on containers. Do not leave vessels/containers open
Advice on common storage:
Keep away from reducing agents.

3. Specific end use(s)

Exposure controls / personal protection

1. Occupational exposure controls
The Personal Protective Equipment must be in accordance with EN standards:respirator EN 136, 140, 149; safety glasses EN 166; protective suit: EN 340, 463, 468, 943-1, 943-2; gloves EN 374, 511; safety shoes EN-ISO 20345.
Avoid exposure - obtain special instructions before use.
Engineering measures
Use product only in closed system.
Perform filling operations only at stations with exhaust ventilation facilities.
2. Personal protective equipment
Respiratory protection:
In the case of dust or aerosol formation use respirator with an approved filter.
Hand protection:
Glove material: Natural Latex
Break through time: > 480 min
Glove thickness: 0.6 mm
Lapren®706
Gloves must be inspected prior to use.
Replace when worn.
Remarks:Supplementary note: The specifications are based on information and tests from similar substances by analogy. Due to varying conditions ( e.g.temperature or other strains) it must be considered that the usage of a chemical protective glove in practice may be much shorter than the permeation time determined in accordance with EN 374. Since actual conditions of practical use often deviate from standardised conditions according EN 374 the glove manufacturer reccomends to use the chemical protective glove in practice not longer than 50% of the recomended permeation time. Manufacturer´s directions for use should be observed because of great diversity of types . Suitable gloves tested according EN 374 are supplied e.g. from KCL GmbH, D-36124 Eichenzell, Vertrieb@kcl.de
Eye protection:
Safety goggles
Skin and body protection:
Wear suitable protective equipment.
Lab coat
Complete suit protecting against chemicals

3. Environmental exposure controls
Handle in accordance with local environmental regulations and good industrial practices.

Stability and reactivity

1. Reactivity
No decomposition if stored and applied as directed.

2. Chemical stability
No decomposition if used as directed.

3. Possibility of hazardous reactions
Hazardous polymerisation does not occur.

4. Conditions to avoid
Avoid dust formation.
Protect from heat/overheating.
Keep away from reducing agents.
Protect from contamination.

5. Incompatible materials
Hydrazine
Reactions with metals in powder form.
Strong reducing agents

6. Hazardous decomposition products
In case of fire hazardous decomposition products may be produced such as:
Chromium oxides
Potassium oxide
