Administrative data
First-aid measures
- Following inhalation: Supply fresh air; consult doctor in case of complaints.
- Following skin contact: Flush contaminated skin with plenty of water. Remove contaminated clothing and shoes. If skin irritation continues, consult a doctor.
- Following eye contact: Rinse opened eye for several minutes under running water. Check for and remove any contact lenses
- Following ingestion: Do not induce vomiting unless directed to do so by medical personnel. Call a doctor immediately.
Fire-fighting measures
- Unsuitable extinguishing media: None
- Special hazards arising from the substance or mixture: Combustion products: carbon, nitrogen and sulfur oxides
- Advice for fire fighter: Precautionary measures fire:Keep upwind. Do not inhale explosion and combustion gases.
Accidental release measures
- Protective equipment and emergency procedures: Avoid contact with the eyes and skin.Avoid ingestion
- Environmental precautions: do not discharge into drains/surface waters/groundwater.
- Methods and material for containment and cleaning up: contain with suitable absorbent material. Scoop into marked containers for disposal as chemical waste. Flush small residues away with water.
Handling and storage
- Conditions for safe storage, including any incompatibilities: Keep container tightly closed. Store in a cool, dry area with adequate ventilation. Protect from temperatures above: 60 °C
