Conclusion on classification

The target substance, O,O-bis(4 -methylpentan-2 -yl) hydrogen phosphorodithioate reacted sequentially twice with 2 -methyloxirane and O,O-diisopropyl hydrogen dithiophosphate, and with ethyl acrylate, is not classified as hazardous to the aquatic environment, both for acute and chronic effects. This is based on the available acute and chronic aquatic toxicological studies. All acute LC50/EC50 values were > 100 mg/L and all available chronic values were > 10 mg/L. Based on GHS/CLP guidance, the target substance is not classified as hazardous to the aquatic environment.
