First-aid measures

General advice : Move out of dangerous area. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.

Inhalation : Move to fresh air.

Skin contact : Take off all contaminated clothing immediately. If symptoms persist, call a physician. Wash off immediately with soap and plenty of water.

Eye contact : Immediately flush eye(s) with plenty of water.

Ingestion : Clean mouth with water and drink afterwards plenty of water. Prevent vomiting if possible. If a person vomits when lying on his back, place him in the recovery
position. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. If accidentally swallowed obtain immediate medical attention.

Fire-fighting measures

Suitable extinguishing media: Use water spray, alcohol-resistant foam, dry chemical or carbon dioxide.

Extinguishing media which shall not be used for safety reasons: High volume water jet

Accidental release measures

Personal precautions : Ensure adequate ventilation. Use personal protective equipment. Remove all sources of ignition.

Environmental precautions : Should not be released into the environment. Do not allow material to contaminate ground water system. Do not let product enter drains. Avoid subsoil penetration. Do not contaminate water. Prevent further leakage or spillage if safe to do so. If the product contaminates rivers and lakes or drains inform respective
authorities.

Methods and materials for containment and cleaning up

Methods for cleaning up : Dam up. Wipe up with absorbent material (e.g. cloth, fleece).

Additional advice : Local authorities should be advised if significant spillages cannot be contained. Suppress (knock down) gases/vapours/mists with a water spray jet

Handling and storage

Advice on safe handling : Dispose of rinse water in accordance with local and national regulations.

Advice on protection against fire and explosion : Take necessary action to avoid static electricity discharge (which might cause ignition of organic vapours). Use explosion-proof equipment. Avoid formation of aerosol. Do not spray on a naked flame or any incandescent material. When using do not smoke. Keep away from open flames, hot surfaces and sources of ignition.

Requirements for storage areas and containers : Store in original container. Keep container tightly closed in a dry and well-ventilated place. To maintain product quality, do not store in heat or direct sunlight. No smoking. Containers which are opened must be carefully resealed and kept upright to prevent leakage.

Advice on common storage : No special restrictions on storage with other products.

Other data : No decomposition if stored and applied as directed.
