- Test temperature: 37 +/- 1 degree C

- Observation: after 0, 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, 4, 4.5, 5 h
- Evaluation: counting of 200 cells per sample after staining with 2 %  Lissamine green B
