Regarding the 1-octanol/water partition coefficient, accumulation of the test substance in organisms is not to be expected. The calculated and measured log Pow values range from 0.4 to 0.72. A logD calculation using SPARC v4.1 resulted in log D values of -1.94, -1.89 and -0.89 at pH values of 4,7 and 9, respectively. This demonstrates that under environmental conditions, most of the test substance molecules are in a charged form and hence the bioaccumulation potential is considered to be extremely low. Considering the test substance as completely uncharged the calculated log Pow also demonstrates low bioaccumulating potential of the test substance.
