Additional information

Under certain environmental conditions TGIC is relatively unstable , showing inherent bio-degradability with sewage sludge bacteria, a hydrolysis half-life in water of 6.6 days, a photodegradation half-life in air of approximately one day, and a biodegradation half-life in soil and sediment of 30 - 60 days. In addition, TGIC is not bioaccumulating as jugded from the log Pow.

Therefore, the environmental hazard based on stability or persistence in the environment is small.
