Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
In a GLP-compliant study in accordance with EC A.5 and OECD 115 using the OECD Harmonized ring method, the surface tension of an 1 g/L aqueous solution of the substance has been determined as 71.3 mN/m at 20°C. Because this is not < 60 mN/m, the substance is not surface active according to the EC A.5 guideline.
