Description of key information

The two isomers of MTF were found to have log10Koc values of 3.9 and 4.0 by the HPLC method.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

A soil adsorption coefficient determination was conducted within a package of physico-chemical testing for MTF (Huntingdon Life Sciences, 2013, Study number VHJ0040). The testing was conducted in compliance with GLP, and the soil adsorption coefficient

determination was performed according to OECD test guideline 121 and EC method C19. The two isomers of MTF were found to have log10Kocvalues of 3.9 and 4.0 by the HPLC method.
