Based on the QSAR prediction done using the Danish (Q)SAR Database, the skin irritation was estimated to be not irritating on rabbits for 4-aminoazobenzene-3,4'-disulphonic acid. Thus it can be concluded that the substance 4-aminoazobenzene-3,4'-disulphonic acid has negative skin irritation effects and it can be classified as not irritating to skin irritation.
