Description of key information

Monopropylene glycol undergoes reactions with hydroxyl radicals in the atmosphere. The half life of monopropylene glycol due to this reaction, based on a 12-hr day with an OH radical concentration of 1.5E06 OH/cm3 is 0.83 days. The overall rate constant is 12.82 E-12 cm3/molecule-sec.
