Description of key information

The test item is READILY Biodegradable according to two separate Ready Biodegradability screening studies.

Additional information

The substance is readily biodegradable. It attained 81% and 86% biodegradation after 28-days in two ready biodegradability tests. The 10-day window criterion was met in both studies.

Further biotic degradation testing such as simulation tests in surface water, sediment and soil is waived. Since the substance is readily biodegradable simulation tests will provide little additional information as rapid mineralisation in the environment is already assumed.
