Materials and methods

Principles of method if other than guideline:
The test substance was applied to the intact skin (2.5 x 2.5 cm2) on the back of 2 of white Vienna rabbits for 1 min, 5 min, 15 min and 20 h under occlusive conditions. Test substance was removed and skin reactions were recorded on day 1, 2, 5 and 6 similiar to Draize score of the OECD test guideline 404.
