PREPARATION AND APPLICATION OF TEST SOLUTION (especially for difficult test substances)
- Method: The test medium of the higest test concentration (nominal 500 mg/l) was used as a stock solution. This test medium was serially diluted with culture medium to obtain the desired test concentrations. A control, containing culture medium only was tested in parallel.
