Additional information

Lead titanium zirconium oxide is a solid and inorganic compound used as a yellowish/greenish powder. Given these characteristics, assessing the flash point, the partition coefficient, the stability in organic solvents and the viscosity were non relevant.

As the average solubility of lead titanium zirconium oxide was found between 0.1 and 100 mg/L, the substance was considered slightly soluble in water. The relative mean density value was7.198 ± 0.002 at approximately 21°Cand the average particle diameter was found to be < 5 µm.

The melting point was found at 1533°C according to the determination of the melting point by TG-DTA, allowing to waive boiling point and vapour pressure studies. The test item was not found either autoflammable or highly flammable under the experimental conditions. Moreover, lead titanium zirconium oxide is not considered to have oxidizing properties and does not contain any chemical groups associated with explosive properties.
