Description of key information

OBSH is of low mobility in soil, slugde and sediment based on the predicted log Koc of 2.9.

Additional information

The substance is considered to be of low mobility in soil, sludge and sediment based on a predicted log Koc of 2.9. Furthermore, it tends to evaporate very slowly from water due to a low Henrys constant (<1E-16 atm m3/mole, EpiSuite). It is found not to be readily biodegradable, but rapidly hydrolyses at environmentally relevant pH. It is slightly water soluble. Overall, once released into water, it is expected to remain primarily in the water phase.
