EC number: 239-311-3
CAS number: 15267-95-5
Target concentrations of 0.5, 5, 100,
and 200 ppm correspond to 0, 4, 41, 814, and 1627 mg/m³, respectively.
The actual overall mean exposure
concentrations of 0.5, 5, 99, and 189 ppm correspond to 4, 41, 806 and
1537 mg/m³, respectively.
A statistically significant increase
in micronucleated polychromatic erythrocytes (PCE) was observed only in
females of the 100 ppm group at 48 hours post exposure. This finding was
not considered treatment-related because it lacked a dose-response and
there was no increase in micronucleated cells at 24 h. The PCE/NCE ratio
was not affected.
