Il regolamento REACH prevede che lʼECHA raccomandi, allʼinterno dell’«Elenco di sostanze candidate», le sostanze prioritarie che devono essere incluse nellʼallegato XIV del REACH («Elenco di autorizzazione») e per queste sostanze proponga le voci dellʼallegato XIV (ossia disposizioni transitorie e, ove pertinente, esenzioni e periodi di revisione) alla Commissione europea, tenendo conto del parere del Comitato degli Stati membri. La Commissione europea decide infine, mediante una procedura di comitatologia (con controllo), quali sostanze saranno incluse nellʼallegato XIV e quali saranno le voci associate.
La seguente tabella comprende tutte le sostanze che sono state inserite nel progetto o nella versione finale delle raccomandazioni dellʼECHA relative allʼinclusione di sostanze dellʼelenco di sostanze candidate nellʼallegato XIV. La colonna «Stato» («Status») indica se le sostanze sono oggetto di raccomandazione ai fini dellʼinclusione o se sono già inserite nellʼallegato XIV. I documenti pertinenti per le raccomandazioni possono essere trovati cliccando su «Dettagli» («Details») a fianco delle sostanze.
Le sostanze che non sono oggetto di raccomandazione in una determinata tornata, contrassegnate dallo stato «Non raccomandate in questa tornata» («Not recommended in this round»), sono sottoposte a nuove valutazioni nelle tornate successive. Per individuare lo stato più aggiornato è pertanto consigliabile effettuare nella tabella una ricerca per sostanza (nome, CE, CAS).
