Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The surface tension at 20°C of a 90% saturated aqueous solution of the substance was determined to be 73.2 mN/m.

Executive summary:

Using the OECD harmonized ring method in a GLP study according to EC A.5 and OECD 115, the surface tension at 20°C of an aqueous solution of the substance at 90% of the saturation solubility was determined to be 73.2 mN/m. According to the EC A.5 guideline the substance is not surface active.
