Details on results:
Because the test material was ionisable substance, the test was performed in the pH range relevant for the natural environment (pH range of 5.0-9.0) based on OECD Guideline 117.

The test substance was found to elute before 2-butanone and thefore logPow was set at <0.3 since regression equation could not be applied.

Regression equation of calibratiion curves at mobile phase were
pH 5.0: log Pow=1.399logk-0.3575, correlation coefficient 0.99
pH 7.0 : log Pow=1.409logk-0.3721, correlation coefficient 0.99
pH 9.0 : log Pow=1.406logk-0.3704, correlation coefficient 0.99
Conclusions:
logPow of the test substance at pH 5.0, 7.0 and 9.0 were all found to be <0.3.
Executive summary:

The partition coefficient of test item was determined using HPLC method  based on OECD guideline 117. Because the test material was ionisable substance, the test was performed in the pH range relevant for the natural environment (pH range of 5.0 to 9.0).

logPow of the test substance at pH 5.0, 7.0 and 9.0 were all found to be <0.3.

Description of key information

The partition coefficient of test item was determined using HPLC method  based on OECD guideline 117. Because the test material was ionisable substance, the test was performed in the pH range relevant for the natural environment (pH range of 5.0 to 9.0).

logPow of the test substance at pH 5.0, 7.0 and 9.0 were all found to be <0.3.
