Description of key information

The logPow of the substance with the HPLC-ELSD method was determined to be > 6.5.
KOWWIN v1.67 run on modified SMILES of the substance estimated logPow values > 10.

Additional information

The logPow of the substance with the HPLC-ELSD method was determined to be > 6.5. In order to gain insight into the logPow, it was decided to run KOWWIN v.1.67 on two modified molecules of the substance (with m=1 and 2 and n=15).

As the estimated logPow of these modified molecules are already above 10, it can be anticipated that the higher repeated sequence for m will have even higher estimated values. Although it is recognized that these very high values of logPow are not realistic, they give an indication that the logPow values can be deemed to be higher than 10.
