Data platform availability banner - registered substances factsheets
Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.
The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Administrative data
First-aid measures
Emergency measure - Inhalation: Remove patient from exposure. Obtain medical attention if
ill effects occur.
Emergency measure - Eyes: Immediately irrigate with eyewash solution or clean water
holding the eyelids apart, for at least 15 minutes. Obtain
medical attention.
Emergency measure - Skin: Remove contaminated clothing. Wash skin with water.
Emergency measure - Ingestion: Wash out mouth with water and give 200-300ml of water to
drink. Do not induce vomiting.
Fire-fighting measures
Recommended extinguishing agent: water spray, foam, dry powder or CO2
Product arising from burning: The material may form flammable dust clouds in air. Take
precautionary measures against static discharges.
Product determined by test: N
Protective equipment: A self contained breathing apparatus and suitable protective
clothing should be worn in fire conditions.
Accidental release measures
Emergency measures in case of spillage: Ensure suitable protection during removal of spillages. Do
not allow to enter drains, sewers or watercourses. Avoid
dust generation . Clear up spillages. Transfer to a
container for disposal. Wash the spillage area clean.
Washing must be prevented for entering surface water drains.
Handling and storage
Handling: Take precautionary measures against static discharges.
Control dust formation
Avoid contact with skin and eyes
Avoid inhalation of high concentrations of dust
Storage: Keep container tightly closed
Packaging of the substance and or preparation: Liquid feed supplied in 1te IBC's to the USA or
alternatively substance S174432 may be transferred to the
USA as a press paste in 120kg drums.
The finished consumer ink is supplied in high integrity
ink-jet cartridges.
