Data platform availability banner - registered substances factsheets
Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.
The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Administrative data
First-aid measures
attention if symptons develop.
Emergency measure - Eyes: Rinse eyes throughtly with copious amounts of water for at
least 15 minutes. Seek medical attention if irriatation
develops.
Emergency measure - Skin: Wash affected area with soap and copious amounts of water
after removing contaminated clothing. Obtain medical advice
if irriatation develops.
Emergency measure - Ingestion: Rinse mouth with water. Seek medical attention
if symptons develop.
Fire-fighting measures
Product arising from burning: Toxic gases (nitrogen oxides, hydrogen chloride) will form
upon combustion. Decomposition by heating produces toxic
gas (methyl chloride).
Product determined by test: Y
Protective equipment: Wear proper protective equipment and self-contained
breathing apparatus with full face piece operated in
positive pressure mode.
Accidental release measures
masks, rubber gloves and boots. Place collected material
into a suitably labelled container. Ventilate area and
dispose of according to local and regional authority
requirements. Do not wash into shower or waterways.
Handling and storage
eyes. Do not breathe dust. Prevent build-up of
electrostatic charges. Handle only in well-ventilated
areas. Handle only in well-ventilated areas.
Das Einatmen des Stoffes sowie der Haut- und Augenkontakt
sind zu vermeiden. Bei Abfüll-, Umfüll- und Dosierarbeiten
sowie bei Probenahmen sind nach Möglichkeit staubdichte
Vorrichtungen zu verwenden. Ggf. möglicher Staub sollte
unmittelbar am Entstehungsort abgesaugt werden. Wenn
technische Absaug- oder Lüftungsmaßnahmen nicht möglich oder
unzureichend sind, sollte ein Atemschutz (z.B.:::)
getragen werden. Zur Vermeidung von Hautkontakt sollten
geprüfte Schutzhandschuhe (z.B.:::) und eine geeignete
Schutzkleidung (z.B.:::) getragen werden. Ein sicherer
Augenschutz (z.B,:::) ist unbedingt erforderlich.
In unmittelbarer Nähe des Arbeitsbereiches sollten
Augenbrausen bereitgestellt und ihr Standort auffällig
gekennzeichnet werden. Wegen der potentiellen
Staubexplosionsgefahr sollten bei möglicher Staubentwicklung
potentielle Zündquellen aus dem Arbeitsbereich entfernt
werden. Des weiteren sollten Maßnahmen gegen
elektrostatische Aufladungen getroffen werden.
Handle this material separately from alkaline materials.
Storage: Keep at temperatures not exceeding 5 degrees. Store in a
cool, dry, well-ventilated location. Avoid long storage
period as product degrades with age. Keep away from acid
and base. The recommended vessel is a bottle made of PE or
glass. Use the corrosion-proof materials for the lid of the
vessel or the packing of the plug. Fluorine resin sheet is
recommended. Keep container tightly closed.
Packaging of the substance and or preparation: PE or Glass bottle in a cardboard container:
(1 kg, 5 kg and 10 kg)
